Yes, KPT&AI is covering the cost of lodging and meals for all attendees.

Attendees should bring their laptops and chargers, any materials they would like printed off ahead of time, and a notebook and pen to take notes.

Dress code for the training is business casual. Nice jeans are acceptable. You may want to bring layers as the venue may be cold.

Participants who are staying overnight can check in on Wednesday evening between 6 pm and 10 pm, they will be asked to have everything out of their rooms prior to class starting on Friday morning.

Sheets and a blanket are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available on campus.

Please note that amenities are limited.

Participants may wish to bring these items that are NOT included:

Bath towels
Wash cloths
Soap
Shampoo
Hair dryer
Pillow
An extra blanket

Meal tickets will be provided attendees to eat in the cafeteria. This includes:

Dinner on the 8th.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the 9th.
Breakfast and lunch on the 10th.

Attendees should bring any extra snacks / drinks they would like to have with them. These should be items that do NOT require refrigeration. 

Participants can park for free on the KLETC Campus.

The main portion of the training will take place in Integrity I
Small Group Discussions will also breakout into Classrooms 6 & 8
